Responsible for all topics related to the productivity of the line
1．Process Adjustment：
       - Stabilze all line processes
       - Bring the dowtime linked to the line processes inside the target
       - Top line failures solving and continuous improvement of line efficiency
2.   Scrap Reduction :
       - Bring the scrap rate inside the targets
3.  Project launch :
       - Bring new project launch within target times


主要工作职责  Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities

1．Process Adjustment：
1.1  Be responsible for molding process development and related documents compiling;
1.2 Provide technical support to molding machine and process problem solving;
1.3 Be responsible for tools and fixtures design and selection;
1.4 Analyze and improve molding parameters to meet customer product and quality requirement;
1.5 Provide support to new product integration;

2．Scrap Reduction, Project Leader:
2.1  Provide leadership and coordination for problem solving of top failures and continuous improvement of existing product lines (Process, Machines, Components etc);
2.2 Define actions, monitor the results;
2.3 Lessons-learned and reporting;

3．Project launch：
3.1  Coordinate in launch activities, build and commissioning of new product lines and modifications;
3.2 Plan and perform MSA;
3.3 Assistant in machine and fixure commissioning and acceptance;
3.4 Provide training for machining operations; Know-how transfer to the team;
3.5 Communicate with European team for special topics;
3.6 Communicate with machine suppliers for special topics;

Experience and Knowledge:
- Over 3 years’ experience in a injection molding process area;
- Mechanical and material engineering background is necessary;
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings;
- Familiar with CAD and CAM software;
- PPLS Methods : 5S/TPM, SMED;
- Q-Tools: FMEA, SPC, MSA;
- Analysis mind;
- MTM knowledge is perfered;
- Able to speak and communicate effectively in English; German speaking preferred.
